Account Manager
An account manager must be a self-driven problem solver and have good written and verbal communication skills. Computer skills and a working knowledge of the products we sell are a plus, but a strong safety-first attitude demonstrating a good driving record and the ability to lift at least 50 lbs is a necessity.

Accountabilities:
- An account manager is directly responsible to the store manager for all aspects of his or her safe, efficient and effective management of all accounts assigned by the store manager. An account manager will especially focus on limiting past-due accounts and collecting all revenue owed by customers. He/she will perform all other duties assigned by manger in a safe and efficient manner.
- Creating a profitable store operation by maximizing revenue while controlling all expenses.
- Growing customers and unit sales through effective in-store and in the field promotions and customer service.
- Controlling cash, inventory, corporate asset and accounts receivable balances.
- Fostering a safety-first environment that protects all employees and customers while in the store and in the field.
- Performs regular checks and minor maintenance and cleaning of trucks and product.
- Assists delivery technicians with product deliveries, pick-ups and service calls.
- An effective and successful account manager works well with others on the store team and is absolutely dedicated to customer satisfaction through proper management of assigned accounts. He/she will always be respectful and courteous to all fellow Staton employees and our customers.
